Seasonal Positions Available - Data Entry & Mail Opening

Retail Lockbox, Inc. is offering 10-15 temporary mail opening and data entry positions beginning April 21st through May 8th, 2008.

The data entry position involves processing high volumes of remittance payments and requires candidates to work on a computer using a 10-key pad to input all numerical payment information from the digital images of the remittance payments. Accuracy and efficiency are essential for this position. All applicants must have 10-key experience, and be a fast and accurate 10-keyer (testing will be done at the interview).

Qualifications:

  • Fast and accurate 10-key skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working on a computer for the entire shift

  • Comfortable performing repetitive work functions

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Manual dexterity

  • Values teamwork

  • Possesses a "can-do" attitude

    The mail opening position involves sitting at a work station, manually extracting the documents from the envelope, and sorting and batching the paperwork and checks accordingly. This position must learn how to sort and batch the remittance tax mail for several accounts, and be able to process the mail in an accurate and timely manner.

    Qualifications:

  • Manual dexterity

  • Comfortable sitting down at a work station for the entire shift

  • Comfortable performing repetitive work functions

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Values teamwork

  • Possesses a "can-do" attitude

    You must attend one of the following interview/orientation sessions:
           1.  Monday, April 14th at 10:00AM
           2.  Tuesday, April 15th at 2:00PM


    You must also attend the following applicable training session:
           1.  Mail opening: Thursday, April 17th at 2:00PM
           2.  Data Entry: Friday, April 18th at 10:00AM


    Although this is only approximately a three week assignment, we are looking for self-starters who are responsible, dependable, motivated and eager to learn. Both positions are a great opportunity for all candidates to be part of a growing company and gain more experience in a fast-paced work environment.
