Our IVR solution facilitates an easy end-user registration and authentication process. We use the same database for validation that we utilize in Paystation®, and offer this service in a variety of languages.

The average time to complete a payment transaction using our IVR solution is approximately four minutes. Additionally, we have the ability to route and re-route end users to a live operator for non-payment transactions either to our call center or to your organization directly.
