Craig Dawson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Retail Lockbox, Inc. Over thirteen years ago, Dawson founded Retail Lockbox, Inc., a company specializing in payment processing, and digital image capture and retrieval services.
Prior to founding Retail Lockbox, Dawson was a Senior Sales Executive with Unisys Corporation. Unisys is an international provider of computer and systems solutions. At Unisys, he held a number of progressive positions in sales capacities, where he sold mainframe computers and designed software solutions for major accounts in the software, interactive entertainment, transportation, publishing, and other technology arenas.
Born in Seattle, Washington, Dawson graduated from the University of Washington School of Business. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Washington Roundtable, the BOLD Initiative Advisory Board, the Evergreen Bank Board, the Community Development Roundtable (CDRT), the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce Urban Enterprise Center (UEC), the University of Washington Business and Economic Development Center (UW BEDC) Committee, Seattle Academy of Arts and Sciences Committee, the Children's Hospital and Regional Medical Center (CHRMC) Hematology/Oncology Family Advisory Board, and is an active member of the Rotary of Downtown Seattle. He is also the immediate past President of Tabor 100, an organization which focuses on creating initiatives for CEO's of minority-owned businesses.

Walt Townes is Vice
President and CO-Founder of Retail Lockbox, Inc. Over ten
years ago, Townes Co-founded Retail Lockbox, a company specializing
in payment processing, and digital image capture and retrieval
services.
Townes currently is focused on electronic payment processing
and development of new technologies for the company. Credit
card processing, electronic check, and secure pay buttons
for client's web sites.
Prior to co-founding Retail Lockbox, Townes developed and
built homes and apartments in Washington. He developed a consistent
track record of performance and his financial savvy and contract
negotiation skills developed credibility with local lending
and investment community. He also spent time at Coldwell Banker
Commercial Real Estate, Sales and Leasing Agent for several
years. Townes also co-founded Aquatic Plant Control Inc.,
the first company in the U.S. to use bottom screening for
controlling aquatic plant growth.
Born in Seattle, Washington, Townes graduated from the University
of Washington School of Business Administration. |

Sue West
is Vice President of Operations & Business Development.
Sue joined Retail Lockbox, Inc in 2001 as the Vice President,
Business Development and has since expanded her role to include
Operations as well.
Her experience covers myriad of operations, marketing and
finance assignments during 30 years in the telecommunications
industry. Sue has successfully led many large teams through
significant changes in both strategic direction and technology
shifts. Sue graduated from the University of Washington with
an MBA.

Sheldon D. Barnett
is Chief Information Officer of Retail Lockbox, Inc. His background
includes thirty years in Programming, System Analysis, System
Design, Installation, Technical Support, Project Management,
and Consulting. He has held positions at Mentor Consultants,
Burroughs, Shared Medical Systems, DDI, and Interax.
Barnett is an expert in the field of payment processing and
has experience in developing systems in a multitude of languages.
Some of the system designs are in the area of Banking, Financial
Services, Health Care, Judiciary, Manufacturing, Government
(State, Federal), International Banking, Retail Point of Sale,
and Energy Management. He has designed and implemented check
processing solutions for First Wachovia Bank, Chase Bank,
Bank of New York, and the Bank of Montreal. He owned his own
consulting company for 25 years.
Born in Pennsylvania, Barnett has a B.S. in Mathematics from
the Florida Institute of Technology and a M.S. in Operations
Research from Florida Institute of Technology as well.
